
Another widely known pianist in the world of music is Ludwig van Beethoven, famous for breaking many patterns of classical music as he changed musical form and widened sonata and concerto and the quartet. He was the first composer to combine both instrumental and vocal music.
Ludwig van Beethoven was born on December 17, 1770, in Bonn, Germany. His parents are Johann and Maris Magdalena, as he is the eldest child. Beethoven was born into a family of profession and experience as his grandfather was a singer then slowly became a Kapellmeister, in other words, the leader or conductor of an orchestra or choir.

A fun fact about him is that later on in the gradually became deaf, although this didn't stop him from composing music. As one of his famous pieces was written while he was partially deaf possible even completely deaf, this being "Symphony No. 9 in D Minor"

3.Piano Sonata No.30 In E, Op.109
4. String Quartet No.14 In C Sharp Minor, Op.131

Yet he died March 26, 1827, in Vienna.
